This privacy notice tells you what to expect when Night Stop collects personal information about you when you use the Night Stop app (the app). Night Stop is committed to protecting your personal information when you use the app. Whenever you provide such information, we are legally obliged to use your information in line with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your registration is stored and processed within the United Kingdom and by administrators of the app accessing the service from any location worldwide.

How long will Night Stop keep my information?

Your information will be kept for a period of one year from the date of your last interaction after which point it will be deleted. Where you take the option to delete your details (please email accounts@nightstop.global with your request), we will delete all your information.

Your information will be retained in a secure environment and access to it will be restricted according to the need-to-know principle.
